Old Marylebone Town Hall Register Office and Ristorante Frescobaldi, Mayfair

We specialise in photographing a lot of small, informal London weddings for professional clients who want something low key but sophistcated for their close-knit circle of family and friends to enjoy. Many of these weddings are international in flavour with the couple coming from different parts of the world but having met in London. The day often begins with the bride getting ready in her central London apartment and then hopping in a taxi to get over to the register office, in this case Marylebone which after a long closure is open again for civil wedding ceremonies. (It has seven rooms available and is currently taking booking for weddings up to December 2020.) The couple then usually ask for some informal group shots on the steps with family and good friends and then head off to one of their favourite restaurants for a fabulous lunch or dinner. Here, this Italian couple chose the wonderful, authentically Italian Ristorante Frescobaldi in Mayfair. They treated their lucky guests to an incredibly generous dinner of several courses of the best Tuscan cooking, followed by dancing into the early hours. The atmosphere was informal, fun and very relaxed. Even their beloved British bulldog was at the party.
