Miss Alice Greenwood and Mr Matthew Ketley – wedding photography at St John The Baptist Church, Penshurst and Penshurst Place, Kent

2013.02.18

“…You’ve given us so many wonderful photos, not just of us, but also our family, friends and the beautiful surroundings. I cannot tell you how grateful and impressed we are, they are perfect and I know we’ll relive the day many times over looking through the photos again and again! We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, friendly, laid back and talented photographer, thank you so very much. You charmed many of the guests too, they all loved meeting you and commented on how fun and amazingly unobtrusive you were. Yet to have managed to have captured everything is quite a skill! Thank you thank you thank you! Now to try and narrow down to 160 photos for the book… No idea how! …Thank you again for all your hard work. We are very grateful.” Matt and Alice

Alice and Matt were married at St John The Baptist Church, and held their reception at Penshurst Place.

Their guests met up at the nearby Leicester Arms for lunch and refreshment.

Alice arrived by car, having got ready at the Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells.

Meanwhile their guests, equipped with flip flops thoughtfully provided by the ushers, took a short cut through adjoining meadows…

As the evening sun dipped below the horizon…

…everyone stepped into the Baron’s Hall for dinner.

We recommended Gemma Sutton to Alice for hair and make-up, after working with her at Louise’s wedding at Fulham Palace.

Later everyone piled onto the dance floor.

Then everyone stepped outside into the warm night air…

A fireworks display provided an appropriate finale…

…and an ‘avenue of fire’ was lit to send the couple off into the night.

Thank you both for your wonderful contribution to capturing what was truly an amazing day. Nick – you were just a star. And we both felt so happy to have you with us throughout the day.
